Please note that any delivery times listed on this page are our “usual business” delivery estimates. However, due to the current COVID-19 situation, they may not currently apply and delivery of any products is likely to take longer.

How long does it take for a product to be delivered?

For products dispatched by courier we aim to complete delivery of all orders within 3-5 working days from date and time of order dispatch – excluding holidays. Orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day. Orders placed at weekends and during holidays will be processed and dispatched on the next working day.

I have not received my order. Who should I contact?

Sometimes orders may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our immediate control (e.g. severe traffic, vehicle breakdowns etc.) In the event that you do not receive your order as expected, please contact us. You can e-mail us or complete our online contact form

Where do you currently deliver to?

We currently deliver to all business and residential addresses across the UK and Ireland.

How much do you charge for delivery?

FREE Standard Delivery applies to all items over £99 inc Vat which are being shipped to UK Mainland, Northern Ireland and Republic Of Ireland. Scottish Highlands and Islands are subject to additional delivery charges. Full delivery rates are outlined below.

My order has arrived damaged and / or incomplete. Who should I contact?

Please contact us as soon as you become aware your order is damaged or incomplete. You can e-mail [email protected] or complete our online contact form to get in touch. If your product needs to be returned, we’ll issue you with a returns number to include with your item- To ensure your return is correctly dealt with, please do not send anything back to us until you’ve been in touch with our team…we’re not scary, drop us a message!

Whose responsibility is it to pay for and arrange the return of a product which I believe to be defective?

If we ask you to return a product which you believe to be defective under warranty, it is your responsibility to cover the initial carriage cost. You should make arrangements to return any items to us which you think may be defective within 14 days of notifying us of any defect. If the warranty claim is upheld, we will reimburse the cost of carriage and return the repaired product to you at our expense. In the event a warranty claim is not upheld, it is your responsibility to cover all related shipping costs. Should a warranty claim be disputed, we will arrange for the product to be inspected by a manufacturer’s representative whose decision will be final.

Can I change an order?

In many instances it will not be possible to amend an order once it has been placed, as we endeavour to ship your order within hours (and sometimes minutes) of receiving it. If you do wish to amend an order, e-mail [email protected] to see whether this is possible. When contacting us, please ensure you can quote your order reference and date.

I’ve changed my mind, can I return my order?

In the event you change your mind, you have up to 30 days to decide if your product isn’t for you.

You can let us know by e-mail or complete our online contact form and we will issue a returns number. This number should be clearly stated on all correspondence with us and you should make arrangements to ensure that we receive unwanted products within 14 days of issuing you with a returns number. Upon receiving your returned goods, we will apply a refund to the method you used to pay for the original transaction. This refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving your returned goods.

All returned goods should be unused and in a resalable condition with their original packaging. Please note we reserve the right to make a deduction from the total value of the refund for the loss in value of any goods supplied, if that loss has arisen from the result of unnecessary handling by the customer.

Whose responsibility is it to pay for and arrange the return of a product I do not require?

If you decide you do not require a product that has been delivered to you, it is your responsibility to arrange and pay for the return of the unwanted product.
